• for motor and sailing boats up to 30 GT within 12 NM from the shore in territorial water, the boats and yachts must not be longer than 18 meters over all.
• no period of validity;

• does not include: travel to Base and the meals;

Validity

• worldwide,
• for motor and sailing boats up to 18 m with no territorial limitation, with or without profit purpose;
• valid for 5 years, extension is possible with a medical exam in a medical center agreed by the Croatian Ministry of Maritime Affairs;
• allows hiring as professional skipper on yachts.
