Croatian License C
C License is valid worldwide, for motor and sailing boats up to 18 m with no territorial limitation, with or without profit purpose; valid for 5 years, extension is possible with a medical exam in a medical center agreed by the Croatian Ministry of Maritime Affairs; allows hiring as professional skipper on yachts.
Croatian License B1 : 10 - 13 October 2026
The Croatian License B allows you to operate boats within 12 NM from the shore in territorial water, the boats and yachts must not be longer than 18 meters over all. This comprehensive course is based in Sibenik and provides you with all the necessary skills and knowledge for professional skipper certification. Great News Regarding the Official License Update: The Croatian Ministry has updated the official license endorsement format in a massive win for skippers! The vague "Adriatic" wording has been completely cut out.
